THE PRACTICE OF BECOMING WHOLE.
Hola, Iām Stephanie.
Three generations before me stood in a lab coat asking the same question: why does this actually work. My great grandfather. My grandfather. Then me, a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry, honours research spent studying aquaporins, the water channel proteins that decide what your cells let in and what they let go. Chemistry isn't just my education. It's the language I was born into.
From there, I found my way into boardrooms, strategy, business development, a different kind of problem-solving, but the same instinct underneath: understand how something actually works before you trust it.
But no lab, and no strategy deck, prepares you for grief. I've lost people I loved more than once, in ways that reshaped me slowly, over years, with no formula and no control group. All that training in exactness, and the hardest thing I ever had to learn couldn't be measured at all.
What actually pulled me out of depression wasn't a boardroom win. It was a growing passion for wellbeing, real, science-backed wellbeing, not the version sold in ads. Strength training. Nourishment. Stillness. A slow, deliberate rebuilding that had nothing to do with achievement and everything to do with attention.
And through all of it, a curiosity that never left me, plants, the Amazon, medicine that existed long before anyone in my bloodline ever put on safety goggles.
This is where all of it lives now, and where I want to hand it to you.
Here, you'll learn what the actual research says, not what a headline claims it says. You'll find what I personally use and trust, tested by me first, never because someone paid me to say it. You'll meet the coaches I've worked with myself, people I believe in enough to put my name beside theirs. And you'll learn, piece by piece, how to tell the difference between real science and the woo woo dressed up to look like it.
Three generations of asking why. A career in boardrooms. Years of learning how to grieve without an answer. And a passion for wellbeing that brought me back to life when nothing else did.
Now, a space built to hand you all of it, so you don't have to sort it out alone.
As within, so without.
